The FBI arrested and charged a suspect with allegedly placing pipe bombs outside Republican and Democratic National Committee headquarters in Washington on the eve of the Jan. 6, 2021 riot, capping a five-year investigation. A criminal complaint unsealed on Thursday shows that Brian J.
