Un Ramen super facile 👌🍜 Ingrédients pour 2 bols : - 75 cl de bouillon de volaille (instantané) - 2 x 160 g de nouilles ramen prêtes à l’emploi - 1 feuille de nori - 4 tranches de narutomaki - Une branche de cébette Pour le tare : - 7 càs de sauce soja claire - 4 g de kambu - 4 g de shiitake Pour l’huile parfumée : - 4 càs d’huile neutre - 1 càs d’ail hachée Pour les œufs marinés : - 2 œufs - 8 càs de sauce soja claire - 3 càs de mirin Pour le memna : - 50 g de pousses de bambou en tranches -
