Store-bought salad dressings are full of inflammatory seed oils and preservatives, so I make my own in under 5 minutes. Balsamic vinaigrette, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, Dijon, and good quality EVOO. Lemon vinaigrette, fresh lemon juice, garlic, Dijon, honey, and EVOO. And my favorite, chipotle vinaigrette, red wine vinegar, honey, chipotle peppers, and EVOO. They're packed with healthy fats, antioxidants, and zero seed oils.
