Remembering Al Petteway, Prolific Guitarist and Teacher, 1952-2023

We received the shocking news today that Al Petteway passed away. He taught at Fur Peace Ranch in 2018 and performed with Rambin' Jack Elliot over that weekend. It was Al's first time at Fur Peace Ranch...a pinch-me moment, as I say, when our dream musicians grace us with their presence. Al was one of the sweetest and most patient instructors we'd ever had.
