The City of Shelbyville, Tennessee 37160 Responds to Shelbyville-Bedford Partnership Around 7:15 pm this evening, as the City Council was wrapping up their monthly Study Session, the item "Other Business" was reached on the agenda. There was nothing listed under that item, but there clearly was some other business they wanted to discuss. For around 24 minutes, four of the council members, our city manager and city mayor gave their views on some of the public clamor that has been surrounding the
