CAYETANO SAYS HE WILL PRESIDE OVER IMPEACHMENT TRIALWATCH: Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano says he will preside over the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte, contrary to the statement of acting Senate President Win Gatchalian.Cayetano also said the then Solid-11 bloc offered that he would be declared presiding officer only if he steps down. Gatchalian earlier said the senator-judges will have to retake their oaths with him as presiding officer.
