Remove grass by sheet mulching!! This is such an easy way to prep a garden space and smother existing grass without having to sod cut or till—or use any harsh chemicals 🤢 I opted for newspaper topped with compost (because I’m going to plant in a few weeks), but if you give yourself a longer lead time (6 month), you can use cardboard.
