TUCSON, Ariz. — A man who allegedly shot into an occupied apartment before robbing a nearby Walmart with a gun was shot by Tucson police on Saturday, according to officials with the Tucson Police Department.

No charges had been filed Tuesday morning, but investigators believe they’ve identified and contacted all people involved, police said.

Larry Keaton Brown was taken into custody after he allegedly shot up the car and home of a North Carolina Walmart manager for firing his girlfriend.
