An 18-year-old Minnesota high school student claimed she needed to prove that she has breasts to a Buffalo Wild Wings employee, who allegedly harassed her in the bathroom with accusations of being a man.

State law prohibits discrimination in public services, but advocates say incidents like this are happening more often, and they're urging people to get to safety first and to reach out for help.
