The Fourth of July falls on a Friday this year. Here's what to know about which retail stores will be open and closed on the holiday.

According to a Walmart spokesperson, “Unless otherwise required by state or local regulations, all Walmart stores will be open regular hours on July 4. Most stores hours of operation are 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. local time.” That means a majority of Walmart stores will be open during normal business hours on Independence Day this year.
