PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia medical examiner released Kada Scott's exact cause of death on Thursday. The ME says Scott was killed by a gunshot wound to the head.
Remains were found on Oct. 18 in a shallow grave near an abandoned middle school. The remains were later identified as Kada Scott's.
