The Justice Department has concluded that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself and did not keep a client list, the department determined in a memo released Monday alongside the FBI.  The conclusion is

Despite years of claims that Jeffrey Epstein kept a "client list" and that his death behind bars was suspicious, the Department of Justice and the FBI have reported that the disgraced New York financier and convicted sex offender never kept such a list and died by suicide.
