Eberechi Eze has been denied the chance to play for Crystal Palace one last time before completing his move to Arsenal. The forward is on the verge of moving to north London after a £60million transfer fee was agreed between the two clubs. Eze was initially set to join Tottenham but Arsenal swooped in to beat their bitter rivals to his signature.

Eberechi Eze has not been named in the Crystal Palace squad to face Fredrikstad as he closes in on his move to Arsenal. He will have a chance to say his goodbyes at Selhurst Park, though, as he watches from the stands. His medical at Arsenal is booked for Friday.
