A wind advisory is in effect for much of central and southern Minnesota, as temperatures turn colder on Tuesday.

Scattered showers and breezy trade winds will continue across Hawaii this week, with the heaviest rain on Kauai and Oahu. Stronger winds and drier weather are expected by the weekend.
