According to the State Fire Marshal’s Office, it appears the explosion originated in a cabinet beneath the propane range.
The explosion happened around 3pm Tuesday, inside a bus that had been converted into an RV which was parked on North Street.
The person was treated at the scene for severe burns and transported by Northern Light Medical Transport to Maine Coast Memorial Hospital, according to officials.
