A police officer in Ohio is on leave after shooting an unarmed man multiple times, with an investigation into the incident now underway, authorities said.

A state grand jury declined to file criminal charges against police officers in Pemberton Township after they fatally shot a 57-year-old man in his backyard, officials from the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office announced Thursday.

The footage police released shows an unnamed officer using a Taser to shoot Hatley before a group of officers closes in on the suspect. Hatley can be seen thrashing on the ground and banging his skill against the brick sidewalk, causing blood to pour out of his head.

Before EMS crews were allowed inside the bar for safety reasons, the officers provided tourniquets and performed CPR on victims from the mass shooting.
