Bruce Highway reopen after excavator strikes Ilkley Road bridge at Tanawha on Sunshine Coast
Authorities say one southbound lane of the Bruce Highway may reopen tonight after an excavator struck a bridge and then fell onto the road.
Police say the crash happened just after 11 p.m. on Feb. 7 in the 1400 block of East Washington Street.
The incident happened around 10:30 a.m. near E. Lake and Rickard Roads.
