The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Gabrielle, located over the central subtropical Atlantic. Gabrielle should become a hurricane within the next 24 hours. A tropical wave over the eastern Atlantic is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms west-southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands.
Storm Team 10 and the National Hurricane Center are monitoring two tropical waves in the Atlantic Ocean. The most robust wave has a high likelihood of becoming a tropical system within the next two days as the NHC has a 90% chance for tropical development.
