Disney content has gone dark on YouTube TV, leaving subscribers of the Google-owned live streaming platform without access to major networks like ESPN and ABC. That's because the companies have failed to reach a new licensing deal to keep Disney channels on YouTube TV.

Subscribers to YouTube TV have lost access to ESPN, ABC and other Disney channels, as the two companies struggle to negotiate a licensing deal.

YouTube said it would give subscribers a $20 credit if Disney content unavailable “for an extended period of time.”
