Retired New York Jets center Nick Mangold, the long-time All-Pro center and member of their Ring of Honor, passed away this past weekend at the age of 41. Mangold had been dealing with chronic kidney disease and was awaiting a transplant when he died.

Mangold was a monster in the middle of the OSU offensive line during his time in Columbus and enjoyed a productive NFL career as well. He also seemed to be well liked by just about everyone he interacted with. We pay our respects to the fallen Buckeye legend.
