Isabelle “Izzy” Tate, who appeared in the pilot episode of 9-1-1: Nashville, has died. She was 23. She died peacefully Sunday after facing a rare form of Charcot-Marie-Tooth, a neuromuscular disease, the McCray Agency, which represented the Nashville native, told The Hollywood Reporter .
In 2022, Tate opened up on social media about being diagnosed at age 13 with a "progressive neuromuscular disease."
Isabelle Tate's agency announced her death after noting that she had a "wonderful time" filming the new ABC drama.
