Flood Watch in effect across Central Texas as storms could bring up to 4 inches of rain to Waco area
A line of showers and thunderstorms is expected to move through Waco and the surrounding areas late Friday, lasting into the mid-afternoon Saturday, prompting weather officials to issue a flood watch and local school districts to reschedule Friday night football games.
Williamson and Bastrop counties have new systems requiring voters to mark their ballots by hand. The change was prompted by a presidential order forbidding barcodes on ballots.
